It is about making conscious and informed decisions about where we get our food, buy our clothes, and how we look after ourselves. It is about health and wellness — but not an egocentric kind of wellness that does not consider the effects of our habits on the world around us. It is about living happy and sustainable lives that don’t cause unnecessary harm to others.
